Training will be conducted in person or online and is usually about 2-3 weeks. As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent Mr. Appliance on support calls. You are responsible for all aspects of customer service as well as dealing with outside vendors, third?party warranty and property management companies. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. This position is right for you if you are self?motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. Ideally you are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day?to?day basis. Specific Responsibilities Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business Complete work orders, return customer calls, respond to customer complaints, order parts, and communicate with outside vendors and third?party customers Perform other duties as needed which may include cross?training in related positions Job Requirements Minimum two years of administrative experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail?oriented with strong data entry skills Team player who can work independently We are actively interviewing for this positionapply today and our hiring manager will follow up Compensation: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour When you do what you love, it never feels like a job.
