Empty trash receptacles as needed. Clean hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevator cars, and other common areas by vacuuming, dusting, buffing, and washing. Duties may include using a power washer, cleaning or vacuuming a pool, and assisting the maintenance team as needed. Requirements: General maintenance experience. Basic knowledge of maintenance repair and service. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Willingness to work weekends as needed. Ability to work weekends as required.
