Job Title: Cash Application SpecialistJob Description

As a Cash Application Specialist, you will be responsible for collection of high-profile, multi-location national accounts. You'll manage a portfolio of 150-500 accounts, some of which may demand a high level of service, including unique reporting or follow-ups. Your problem-solving skills will be put to use in managing complex accounts. Regular meetings with customers and/or Enterprise Account Managers will be part of your routine. You will use GetPaid software, follow a pre-defined strategy, and interact with customers through email or calls as necessary. Your sense of urgency and professionalism will be key in responding to customer inquiries. When issues arise, you'll escalate accounts to branches and/or management. You'll also reconcile highly complex accounts and serve as an escalation source for accounts handled by Collection Specialist II. Your role will also include assisting in training new hires and providing ongoing training for existing employees. You may also be asked to assist in providing metrics for the team. Regular attendance is a crucial part of fulfilling the essential functions of the job.
