**Internal Medicine opening in Washington**Moses Lake, WA 100 miles to Spokane, WAService area of approx 150,000 peopleFull time, permanent opening Seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician to join established practice located in Moses Lake, Washington. * Team consists of three physicians and two APPs when fully staffed* Four or Five day work week * Outpatient only with 1:6 nurse triaged call* Lab, X-ray, CT scan, MRI, and integrated behavioral health onsite* Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support* 20 - 25 patients per day* EPIC Electronic Medical Record* Clinic hours: 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.* J1 Candidates considered**Featured Benefits*** First year salary guarantee is based on MGMA/AMGA median then moves to an RVU production in year two. * For this position, wages will be between $281,468 and $304,290. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidates qualifications* 1-year physician partnership track for US candidates* Physician leaders and decision makers at all levels of the organization* Signing bonus, 6 weeks PTO, matching 401k, life insurance, long term disability insurance, plus more* Internal student loan repayment of up to $125,000* Relocation expenses covered including packing - up to $20,000* Continuing medical education allowance of $8,000 every two years* Generous healthcare stipend of $618 per month to cover health care benefits and more* Government site qualified HPSA Score 14* Navigate Student Loan Counseling for the life of your student loan repayment* Vital Work Life Employee Assistance ProgramWe are located in the heart of Washington State and just 2.5 hours east of Seattle.
