**Customer Service Case Advisor (Temporarily Remote)**

**WHO YOU ARE:**

A dependable and organized teammate who has:

* 2 or more years of customer service and call center experience.

* Experience in financial industry service center

* Self-motivation and drive to meet and exceed target metrics

* Compassion and understanding for consumer needs

* Passion to work with clients throughout the process of repairing their credit reports.

* The ability to multi-task, work independently and problem solve

* Ability to write clear and effective business emails.

* Microsoft Office, Internet and PC skills

**WHAT YOUR DAY AS A CASE ADVISOR LOOKS LIKE:**

* Working with our clients on their journey to living a Better Credit Life.

* Speaking with consumers via inbound/outbound calls and emails who have negative items on their credit reports.

* Identifying and resolving client credit questions and concerns in a professional, friendly and timely manner through Ovation systems and processes

* Selling consumers on Ovations products and services to repair their credit

* Retaining clients by providing outstanding customer service.

* Living by the company's high levels of integrity and ethics as it applies to our consumer clients

* You will work a 9-hour shift (to include rotating Saturdays) which includes an hour for lunch and other breaks with some schedule flexibility.

* Our offices hours are:

Monday-Friday : 8am-9pm

Saturday : 10am-4pm

**Compensation**

* Base hourly Rate: $18.00
