Professional growth and development Proud to offer structured mentorship Working for a company that is owned and operated by therapists Focus on appropriate and ethical patient care Hours/Schedules: Shift hours and days will range depending on location and facility (flexibility with hours and days if needed) Minimum Requirements: Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting Skilled nursing experience is preferred, not required Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment Possess a current Physical Therapist, (PT / RPT), license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation Work well with others in a team setting Be flexible with hours
