Create successful sell out activities, through the development and implementation of trade marketing plans (local shop activation plan). Initiates and stimulates the local and regional trade marketing actions, towards distributors and resellers. He/ She manages performance of P-spend, within the framework of the integrated A&P and trade spend planning to deliver effectiveness for in-store activation, both on- and offline. This person develops and executes integrated management framework of attracting, training, motivating, and retaining promoters and merchandisers.
[Job Description]
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages and re-channelize category's SKU line-up based on sales performance & profit.
Defines local shopper activation planning and makes it customer specific(delivers input to Integrated Key Account plan incl. Local Shopper Activation Plan),in line with overall Local Marketing Activation plan (LMAP).
Initiate and realize local trade marketing actions and promotions in order to optimize promotion effectiveness & secure profitable growth.
Define and formulate observations and recommendations for new activities through analysis of sell out & in data and through monitoring the success of the trade marketing activities. Defines requirements for the shopper research (execution in I&A).
Manages performance of trade/in-store actvities within the framework of the integrated A&P and trade spend planning to deliver effectiveness for in-store activation, both on- and offline.
Implement, maintain and improve trade marketing tools, allocate the necessary budget and guard the service level agreements with the supplier (manage the local supplier roster in close collaboration with procurement).
Closely cooperate with Sales teams to realize sales targets at key customers, and provides input for local channel Strategy.
Optimizes (offline/online) shelve (portfolio, price points, promotions), owning instore and online excellence execution to drive brand preference, increase conversion and basket size.
Developing and executing integrated management framework of attracting, training, motivating, and retaining promoters and merchandisers.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of academic and relevant work experience.
Marker share growth
Sell in Comparable Sales Growth
Sell-out growth
Champion as % of total sales
Promotion-Return on Investments

REQUIRED COMPETENCES
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of academic and relevant work experience.
6-10 years of experience of on-line TSM, on/ offline MKT or on-line sales.
Preferably background in fast moving or durable goods business or retail as direct business.
Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills, Fluent in local market language (Korean) and English
