About the Role: Wing is looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team based in Palo Alto, CA . We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to play a pivotal role in our Finance team. You will be responsible for driving financial consolidation and reporting, leading month-end and annual planning processes, and spearheading process optimization initiatives. This position requires a strong understanding of financial principles, comfort with ambiguity and change, a growth mindset with passion for continuous improvement. What You’ll Do: Finance Consolidation & Reporting Lead the month-end financial consolidation process for the company, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of consolidated financial results. Develop and maintain standardized consolidation processes and procedures. Analyze financial results, identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for management and coordinate review and alignment with cross-functional stakeholders. Annual Planning Spearhead the annual planning process, developing input templates and streamlined consolidation tools, while fostering collaboration among stakeholders to drive timely and accurate contributions. Process Optimization Identify opportunities to streamline and automate financial processes. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Leverage systems and tools to optimize financial reporting and analysis. Ad-hoc Reporting Support the Finance organization with top class, ad hoc reporting, often with a quick turnaround and for a senior audience. Manage a pipeline of deals and ensure appropriate oversight from key finance partners. What You’ll Need: Bachelor's degree in a directly related field or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience in FP&A. Proven track record of financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting (GAAP or IFRS). Comfort dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with a passion for synthesizing complex data into a clear storyline. Ability to work independently and as part of a team and strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to actively contribute to our work culture. Preferred: Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, SAP S4 HANA, SAP AO, Sharework and SQL.
