Client Service Associate Lead Advisor is a wealth management recruiting and consulting firm. This role is for one of our clients in Scottsdale. Base Pay Range $55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr Location: 3 days in office. Employment type: Full-time. Seniority level: Associate. Key Responsibilities (but not limited to) Coordinating and scheduling client meetings Manage the client onboarding experience by assisting with applications, and other tasks Triage and assist with client service requests Keep accurate records in the CRM system Work with other team members to ensure case preparation is completed for advisors client meetings Handle other administrative duties for the practice Qualifications 2 years of experience in Financial services experience is preferred Experience using Microsoft office and Excel Works well in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree preferred Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Lead Advisor by 2x.
