We are passionate about what we do while remaining true to our defining core values of: Putting People First, Doing Our Best Together, Making Therapy Fun, and Above All, We grow potentialJob DescriptionThe Clinic Manager supports our Jenks location with primary responsibility for local operations, policies, engagement, and supervision during the provision of ABA services. This role functions as a member of the leadership team coordinating centralized functions including procurement, recruitment, engagement, retention, and intake. Provides counsel to leadership regarding the needs of the community, workforce, financial, professional practices, and planningEnsures documentation of services provided is accurate and timelyMaintains the administrative policies and management activities including budget control and cost determinationSupervises their team to ensure compliance with policies and proceduresEnsures adequate staff education, development, and evaluationResponsible for supervision and evaluation of the client satisfaction surveyProvides support including preparation of intake, orientation, procurement, client documentation, and special projects Promotes the company's philosophy and mission by presenting a positive image to patients/families, physicians, and communityProvides effective communication to patient/family, team members, and other health care professionals and maintains confidentialityLead and develop their teams to maintain an inclusive and engaging workplaceQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related completion of an accredited college/university degree is preferredMinimum of two years in a leadership role in healthcare, education, or childcareAbility to maintain confidentiality when interfacing with patient/clients, personnel, and other health care professionalsAbility to keep a positive demeanor in the treatment spaceThis role is based on-site in Jenks, OKAdditional InformationWHY YOU WILL LOVE WORKING AT T&BGenerous benefit Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, and DisabilityCompany Paid- Life Insurance401K with company matchCompany Paid Short-Term DisabilityHSA and FSA optionsPaid Maternity/Paternity LeaveEmployee Assistance Program Employee Recognition
