Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mid-Level Water/Wastewater Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, analysis, and implementation of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. With 6-10 years of relevant experience, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong technical background, project management capabilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet client needs and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: Lead and contribute to the planning, design, and construction oversight of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment plants, pipelines, pumping stations, and distribution systems. Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and engineering analyses to evaluate project requirements and constraints. Prepare detailed engineering designs, specifications, and cost estimates in accordance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including engineers, planners, and environmental specialists, to develop integrated solutions that address technical, economic, and environmental considerations. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective outcomes. Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to facilitate project approvals, permits, and compliance. Conduct site visits, inspections, and field investigations to monitor project progress, address technical challenges, and ensure quality assurance and safety standards are met. Mentor junior staff, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) license required. 6-10 years of progressive experience in water and wastewater engineering, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects from concept to completion. Proficiency in engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, WaterCAD, and/or SewerCAD. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices related to water and wastewater infrastructure. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership abilities, including project management, team coordination, and mentorship.
