Job Description Primary person to answer the phone, discussing our service, prices, and availability to every client and potential client. Every effort to assist new clients in understanding our service and how we work is expected during each conversation. Once there has been a complete understanding developed that we work time plus materials each client is to be carefully scheduled with a description of the type of work, the correct handyman, an exact date, and time when the work is to be performed. This information is then passed along to the handyman in the field via Dispatch app. Every effort to assist the handyman in the field completing this project is to be made from the office. Schedule all work with current scheduling/operations program. Give detailed information in the notes fields of scheduling/operations program so the Craftsman has a very good idea of the tasks within the job prior to the night before call. Check in paperwork as it comes in from the field. Handle re-scheduling as directed from the field. Continually check voice mail for calls that may have slipped in during other conversations. Return all phone calls within the day. Solve operational problems as they happen. Keep notes on ways to make your position more efficient. Digital Rolodex of referral partners management generating answers at our finger tips for a variety of issues. All office to client communication including phone calls, letters, and follow up. Assistance with all areas of organization in the office including filing, billing, A/R, A/P, letters and whatever comes up in the day of business. Phone system and associated problems are to be handled promptly. Check E-mail daily and respond in kind. Basic knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical, and Hardware is highly preferred. Compensation: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour The 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry. Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customersfolks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
