- Manage cash coming into the business and accurately track it

- Work in Excel and Quickbooks

- Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements

- Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner

- Review and approve timesheets

Bookkeeper / Accounting Clerk Job Requirements :

- 3+ years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role required

- Strong Excel and QuickBooks knowledge and experience required

- Ability to prepare, review and understand a financial statement and reconcile accounts required

- Associates degree or higher strongly preferred
