Larea di riferimento la Direzione IT & Digital, la cui mission quella di permettere il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali di Piano Industriale tramite lo sviluppo di un Ecosistema IT che crei le fondamenta tecniche, metodologiche e di processo necessarie per supportare le sfide di business attuali e future.
Responsabilit del ruolo
Il ruoloIT Finance Project Manager strategico allinterno dellazienda e si occupa della relazione fra le varie direzioni di business aziendali e la direzione IT & Digital per le tematiche in ambito Finance e in particolare sulle tematiche di Controlling. La risorsa rappresenter il punto di collegamento fra le funzioni aziendali e la direzione Digital & IT: si occuper di raccogliere le esigenze dal business e di collaborare e guidare i Key User nella definizione delle specifiche ottimali per il raggiungimento dei risultati desiderati. Si occuper, inoltre della realizzazione della soluzione a sistema, collaborando con gli esperti SAP e di altri sistemi Finance, con gli sviluppatori e con gli altri CoE IT, presidiando tutte le fasi delle iniziative (design, sviluppo, test e deploy) per garantire la qualit delle soluzioni realizzate.
Attivit
Collabora con tutte le divisioni del dipartimento IT per la corretta definizione delle logiche di valorizzazione dei dati economici e gestionali;
Definisce le logiche di elaborazione dei dati aziendali e ne garantisce la correttezza/corrispondenza con le specifiche;
responsabile della pianificazione, del controllo e della gestione dei progetti IT, dal kick-off fino al completo rilascio in esercizio (analisi, sviluppo, test, adoption);
Coordina tutte le risorse allocate sul progetto e governa, in accordo alle policy e agli SLA aziendali, la fornitura di soluzioni e servizi erogati dalle terze parti con riferimento allambito progettuale;
Supporta funzionalmente i processi delle aree in cui coinvolto il Controllo di Gestione e ne facilita levoluzione;
Gestisce, in qualit di referente IT, tutti i processi di elaborazione dei dati gestionali, coordinando attivit e processi correlati, tra cui i principali sono: la valorizzazione di costi e margini di prodotto, lelaborazione del Conto Economico Gestionale, la valorizzazione dei dati di Stock e di differenze inventariali;
Presidia funzionalmente gli strumenti BI aziendali (SAP BPC, BW, Oracle Hyperion) dedicati allarea Pianificazione e controllo (es. Budget vendite e margini di prodotto, Pianificazione CAPEX e OPEX);
Gestisce il modello di controllo e i processi di contabilit di magazzino;
Assicura il supporto ai colleghi del Controllo di gestione nelle attivit di chiusura Gestionali;
Coordina i team di AM applicativa nella gestione delle applicazioni della propria area di riferimento.
Caratteristiche candidato
Requisiti
Laurea in Economia Aziendale o in Ingegneria gestionale;
Almeno 5 anni di esperienza su iniziative progettuali in ambito Finance/Controlling/Supply Chain;
Buona conoscenza dei processi E2E caratteristici del settore Retail in ambito Amministrazione e Controllo (es: contabilit generale, contabilit clienti e fornitori, contabilit analitica, cespiti, attivit inventariali, Budgeting & Forecasting, bilancio consolidato);
Conoscenza funzionale e tecnica del modulo SAP FI e SAP CO;
Conoscenza di SAP BW, BPC, SAC e Oracle Hyperion Planning/HFM; Esperienza lavorativa in aziende strutturate in ambito Retail (preferibilmente della GDO o FMCG) o in societ di consulenza che hanno collaborato con societ Retail;
Capacit di gestione di progetti complessi, definizione di piani di progetto e monitoraggio attivit.

Flessibilit e capacit di adattamento a contesti sfidanti, che prevedono il coinvolgimento di pi sistemi (SAP ECC, SAP BW/BPC, Oracle Hyperion, EDW) nei processi di Finance e controllo;
Ottime doti comunicative, di presentazione e public speaking, gestione delle relazioni con stakeholder di diversi livelli gerarchici e skill professionali;
Capacit di problem solving e pensiero creativo;
Capacit di gestione e coordinamento di risorse interne ed esterne;
Capacit di lavorare e influenzare il team di lavoro;
Forti doti analitiche, capacit di esprimere concetti tecnici e complessi con un linguaggio comprensibile a profili tecnici (es.: Business, CoE, Infrastrutture, Sicurezza, etc.);
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
