Small Cells

along with the associated outside plant construction methods. Oversight will include activities related to above- and below-ground fiber installation, hub construction, node construction and related utility make-ready. Ensure all assigned projects are completed according to mutually agreed upon timeline of customer and

. Ensure Project Managers and customers are aware of issues that

will

mpact

project completion or cost. Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with

policies and procedures in support of

Responsibilities

Construction Site

Visits

Oversight

Make regular trips to sites during construction including bid

w

alk,

walk, in

progress site visits,

punch

walks and

construction closeout

.
Communication with Project Manager

:

Ensure

the Project

Manager is updated daily on the status of construction and aware of any issues that will

impact

project cost,

quality

or

timely

completion

.
Site Tracker

Maintenance

:

Ensure Site Tracker is Updated daily

.
Adherence to Construction Standards:

Ensure all work is completed

in accordance with

Exte

construction standards, processes, and procedures

.
Documentation

Management

:

Ensure

ac

curate

nd complete files are

ma

intained

or projects and

propriate closeout

ocuments are distributed

in

a timely manner

Accurate Project Tracking:

Ensure

that all jobs ar

in a project tracking system with complete accuracy

Safety and Quality

Assurance:

Act

as

Exte

safety observer and Quality Assurance representative while at the site ensuring compliance with

Exte

n

et

safety program and related workmanship practices

.
Ad Hoc Duties:

Undertake

additional

responsibilities and tasks as needed to support the dynamic needs of the Field Operations Department.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of telecommunications/wireless construction experience

.
Knowledge of Outside Plant Construction techniques (aerial & underground)

.
Familiarity with test equipment and techniques for performing RF Sweep test, OTDR, Power Meter and Passive Intermodulation (PIM) testing

.
Possession of a valid

driver's

license.
Skills and Abilities:
