Job Description: This position under the direction of the Maintenance Manager this position provides general building and grounds upkeep and housekeeping.

Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm (Monday - Friday)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Maintenance/housekeeping of the facility as directed

Emptying garbage

Sweeping/mopping of floors (Operate floor scrubber)

Clean shop floor to include scrubbing and sanitizing work sinks, empty garbage, and sanitize any doors and handles

Sweep front entrance and pick up any trash and debris in yard and parking lot

Power wash patio area weekly

Fill paper towels in office and shop floor

Clean all bathrooms, kitchen area, breakroom, office, and hallways

Sweep and mop floors in breakroom and office areas

Refill supplies and keep inventory as needed

Wipe down inside and outside of refrigerators, tables, and chairs

Vacuum and empty trash in office area

Facility window washing

Wipe/wash walls or other facility surfaces

Clean up employee smoking area

General clean up

Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU BRING OR WE'D LIKE TO SEE:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required

0-6 months experience

Must possess basic reading, writing and math skills

Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move 100 pounds with an assist.
