  • Answer all phone calls and booking of grooming appointments.
  • Check-in/check-out all grooming customers and complete all retail sales.
  • Deliver superior customer service to all retail/grooming customers with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer.
  • Listen and offer customers educated suggestions based on pet needs.
  • Respond to customer needs, special requests and complaints and alert the manager as needed.
  • Follows Woof Gang Bakery operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, safety and security.
  • Assist with inventory, stocking of shelves and special orders.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and store environment.
  • Open and close the store (including POS reports).
  • Baking & Decorating doggie treats & cakes (as neede).
  • Keep store clean of doggie accidents, dust & dog hair.
Required qualifications:
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • 18 years or older
Preferred qualifications:
  • At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Own a personal vehicle
  • Valid driver's license
  • Retail skills: customer service
  • Speaks English
  • Math skills: counting cash drawer
  • Reads English
  • Available to work: weekends
  • Available to work: weekdays
  • Available to work: holidays
  • Available to work: on call
  • Has (or willing to open) a checking account for direct deposit
