Requirements Bilingual (English and Spanish) Management Skills, Experience cleaning hotel's rooms. Overseeing a group of employees and ensuring their performance and productivity. Good organization skills. Work well with Janitors, Area Manager and Client. Handle basic maintenance, cleaning and other janitorial work. Knowledge of safety guidelines when working with a variety of cleaning supplies. Stock and maintain Janitorial room. Ability to operate and train employees with different equipment. Notify Area Manager of major repairs, cleaning inventory and placing order for products when needed. Responsibilities

: We are looking for a person who closely oversees a group of employees on the daily activities and helping guide them through their responsibilities. This person will be a working supervisor in Janitorial. Train employees for their roles. Give employees feedback on their performance. Solve workplace challenges or conflicts. Communicate updates and status reports to upper management. Must be first contact within the company and the client. Must work under the Area Manager direction. There may be additional duties required. We value those who are flexible and willing to go the extra mile. Shift: Monday to Sunday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. (Weekend rotation w/two days off). Pay Rate: $17.00 Full Time Position. Qualifications Good Written and Verbal communication skills (English and Spanish). Experience analyzing company needs, employee development and company policies settings. Effecttive problem solving. Teamwork. Must have Driver License.
