**Schedule:** Full Time

**Shift** : Hours vary due to the nature of community events. Some nights, fairly consistent weekends but flexibility during the week.

**Location:** 11801 South Fwy., Burleson, TX 76028

**The community youll be caring for:**

Join a family of caregivers focused on whole-person health and committed to making communities healthier.

Provide wholistic care for patients that extends to the spiritual level by praying with patients and families. Chaplains are available to meet with patients, families and team members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide spiritual support.

Help develop a brand new $150 million community hospital and medical office building that will provide services such as Emergency Services, Medical/Surgical, ICU, Womens Services, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Interventional Cardiology and Gastroenterology.

**The role youll contribute:**

The Community Relations Manager oversees community outreach and community relations activities in order to build strategic partnerships between the organization and communities.

**The value youll bring to the team:**

Represents the organization and speaks to groups and individuals regarding departmental activities and services as an active member of designated community organizations

Manages strategies and directions to represent the organization favorably in the community

Makes recommendation on how to improve the relations between the organization and communities

Supervises the entire implementation of charitable contributions program, including getting the approval, screening requests for budget and directing the disbursement of funds

Performs other duties as assigned

**The expertise and experiences youll need to succeed** **:**

**Minimum qualifications** :

Bachelors Degree

3 years experience in community outreach, activities, fundraising

2 years Leadership Experience

**Preferred qualifications:**

Master's degree in a related field

Five years of community outreach, activities, fundraising experience

Three years of leadership/management experience
