Job Description:

THIS IS AN ONSITE ROLE BASED IN SPOKANE, WA.

This Customer Service position is responsible for quote follow-up & general back-up for the Part Sales Coordinators & Warranty Department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Have the ability to use issued Excel queries to review open orders and quotes.
  • Create customer orders, and/or create work orders for fabrication if required parts are not in stock.
  • Manage dashboard of open Quotes and Orders, perform follow-ups as required by the due dates.
  • Back up spare parts coordinators if unavailable or on vacation by fielding customer calls and/or emails for spare parts.
  • Must learn good working knowledge of Alliance equipment to trouble shoot customer needs and direct them to appropriate personnel if needed.
  • Any and all other duties assigned.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience and Skills: Must have strong analytical skills. Intermediate computer skills with experience in Windows based environment. Proficiency with databases and MS Office, including Excel and Word is required. Proven ability to accurately work with detailed records while consistently meeting deadlines.

Personal Attributes: Personable, ability to show empathy, demonstrate ability to work as part of a team in a demanding production environment, good communication skills.

Compensation: $18-$21/hr (DOE) plus incentives/bonuses.
