Job Description The company is seeking a Lead Analog Circuit Design Engineer to spearhead the development of the next generation of analog control electronics for their beam forming chips. The successful candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of optical, process, and chip design engineers to advance the company's active matrix technology.

Key Responsibilities Define and lead the development of active matrix technology. Collaborate with foundries for transistor array design and development. Perform circuit development, layout, reliability analysis, tape-out, and silicon bring-up. Ensure successful production of the optical chip.

Qualifications Education: PhD or MS in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience, or BS in Electrical Engineering with 15+ years of experience.

Experience: Proven leadership in transistor-level analog integrated circuit development, specifically with active matrix arrays (LCD/OLED displays or DRAM/SRAM memory). Experience in DRAM/SRAM memory development, including cell development, layout, and simulation. Background in high voltage processes from leading foundries, device development, testing, and validation.
