The Delivery Supervisor is accountable for meeting or exceeding all operational goals through strong interpersonal communication, strategic planning, and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate builds strong professional relationships across departments, is an agent of change, and prioritizes the safety of both our team and our customers. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty within the warehouse satisfactorily. Responsibilities: Ensure that every team member complies with all DOT and Misfits Market safety standards - at all times. This includes but is not limited to: wearing your seatbelt when the vehicle is in motion, safely exiting and entering the flow of traffic, using hands-free cellular features, and using proper lifting form. Monitor and assess team performance against established KPIs. Implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and overall operational excellence. Foster a collaborative and transparent environment, ensuring information flows effectively across departments to ensure on-time delivery. Complete all assigned trainings and inspections with your team to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain excellent record keeping to meet all regulatory standards. Optimize the allocation of resources, including workloads and equipment, to meet operational demands efficiently. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflows. Lead and mentor front-line delivery staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, safety, and teamwork. Provide coaching and support to enhance individual and team performance. Supports the overall delivery volume, which may include helping other drivers complete their routes or working overtime as-needed. Ensure that team members are equipped with the necessary skills for success. Identify training needs within the team and coordinate with our HR and Learning teams to implement training programs. You are: Able to adapt to changing priorities, delegate, and manage time efficiently Safety-focused with strict adherence to company standards and safety procedures Able to analyze problems and strategize for improved outcomes Able to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation Skills & Qualifications: Previous leadership experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment Familiarity with DOT and OSHA regulatory requirements An ability to adapt to changing priorities, delegate, and manage time efficiently Experience training others to new processes or procedural updates An aptitude for equipment operation and troubleshooting Excellent leadership, team building, and people management skills Strong interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management Excellent conflict-resolution and decision-making abilities Nice to have: Experience with or certification in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, TPM or other relevant certifications Experience conducting root cause analysis investigations
