We expect professionalism throughout the workplace. Tempers are not had here. We are respectful and kind to everyone in the restaurant including our servers and bartenders. We do not tolerate anyone who thinks they can come in and complain. they do not work out here as our kitchen is filled with great people who i have pride in sending a paycheck.

Company Information
Big Phil's Bar and Grill is a new and thriving restaurant. We have been open for almost 2 years and are a full scratch kitchen that takes pride in the food that is created and executed. From a nice sit down dinner to catering events we cover it all. We welcome creativity and growth within the company.
