IT Auditor

This is a 12 month contract with Vanguard. Onsite in Malvern PA - 2days office 3 days remote. All visa open - No H1B.

Job description:

Performs control testing involving obtaining and analyzing data to form an opinion on control design and operational effectiveness.Conducts interviews to identify key control activities.Prepares deliverables to document understanding, and conclusions about controlsUnderstands IT and security processes, such as, change management, incident management, job scheduling, backup and recovery, logical access, security operationsDevelops a thorough and comprehensive understanding of the processes, issues, pertinent regulations, and control risks associated with assignments.Identifies control issues, communicates with management, and identifies actions to remediate them.Skills:Proficiency with Archer GRC (preferred)Analytical skills and ability to recognize patterns and analyze dataMinimum 2 years in IT Audit, IT Risk, or Internal Controls roleKnowledge of financial statement audit or controls reports e.g. SOC1, SOC 2 (preferred)Knowledge of IT General Controls (change management, job scheduling backup etc.)Knowledge of security processes (user provisioning, access, security operations)
