Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Infusion team to perform all duties related to cannabis infusion and processing operations.
  • Formulate cannabis flower and concentrate mixtures based on DreamFields' proprietary methods and SOPs.
  • Create batches of kief using DreamFields' methods.
  • Maintain accurate logs (electronic and paper) for tracking and reporting all inventories.
  • Input data and manage the flow of production.
  • Clean all production areas to prevent cross-contamination and ensure compliance with local and state health regulations.
  • Follow proper control measures to prevent the mixing of batches and/or incorrect batch weights.
  • Perform in-process and post-process quality assurance testing, conducting visual inspections to ensure the product meets or exceeds quality standards.
  • Perform duties in a safe manner and environment while adhering to all governmental regulations for the industry.
  • Ensure 100% compliance and accuracy in product tracking, security, and movement procedures.
  • Assist in monitoring processing supplies and inventory.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older, as required by state law.
  • Proficient in using computer programs such as MS Office, METRC, and other relevant systems.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations for proper batch making.
Education and Experience:
  • 2+ years of manufacturing experience with a focus on inventory tracking, product safety, consumer safety and satisfaction, and maintaining high product quality.
  • Experience working in a commercial kitchen or bakery for large-scale operations is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to carry product totes, push carts, and move and adjust process equipment.
  • Applicants must have a clean facial presentation. If applicable, a clean-shaven face or otherwise neatly groomed appearance is required, as this position requires wearing a form-fitted mask, which will be provided upon hire.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm.
