Role
As a CNC Technician (also known as CNC Operator, CNC Machinist), you'll ensure the smooth operation of CNC machines according to the production schedule. This includes troubleshooting, making necessary adjustments, completing repairs promptly, and ensuring machinery meets operational specifications and tolerances. You'll work closely with the engineering team, prioritize repairs/projects, and swiftly troubleshoot machines to minimize production downtime.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience running CNC Lathes and related equipment.
  • Technical experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in blueprint reading and mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office) and good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measurement tools.
  • Familiarity with metric measuring systems and CNC machines like CNC Mill, CNC Lathe, CNC Grinder, CNC Laser Cutter, and more.
