Under limited supervision, provide quality assurance for Default Services, Loan Servicing, and Third Party Relationships to ensure compliance with department, bank, investor, and regulatory standards. Compile and organize audit responses across multiple departments. Act as a liaison between the bank and vendors, managing invoicing and troubleshooting issues. Additional duties include project validation, procedure updates, and complaint resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate audit responses for accuracy and timeliness in order to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Audit processes, analyzing financial details and providing feedback to management.

  • Ensure decisions benefit both the customer and the bank, minimizing losses.

  • Review and improve processes related to default and loan servicing.

  • Manage vendor relationships, coordinating documentation and expenses.

  • Maintain proficiency in core systems and ensure documentation is up to date.

  • Advocate for customer interests, considering their overall relationship with the bank.

Education

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required.

Experience

  • 2-4 years in Quality Assurance, Loan Servicing, or Risk and Compliance required.

Licenses and Certifications

  • Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive self, if applicable. by start date. Required
