***Client is in need of project management services on a part-time/20 hours per week (max) Majority remote (specific schedule is below) and occasional ON SITE mtgs required.***

Job description:
  • Pls note bf submitting: Part-time 20 hours per week max for duration of the engagement.
  • Hours needed: Monday through Thursday from 9am to 2pm (*candidate must be avail during this time each week, but this can be remote).
  • Candidate MUST also be available for occasional ON-SITE team meetings (with advanced notice).
  • The Project Management Team (PMT) primarily convenes in the mornings, and we are seeking a preferred candidate available from 9 am to 2 pm, Monday through Thursday (on remote basis). On-site meetings may be necessary, with advance notice provided as required.

Day to day responsibilities:
  • As a part time Project Manager for our PeopleSoft 9.2 HR strategic initiatives project and other HR-related endeavors, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and overseeing project deliverables.
  • Responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring resource allocation, and facilitating effective communication to drive the successful implementation of HR initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ideal candidate will have experience leading project involving the HR PeopleSoft enterprise system.
  • This experience MUST be clearly reflected on resume with technical details included. State Cardinal system experience is a plus.
  • Experience using agile project management methodology - required and must be clearly reflected on the resume Must have an active PMP certified. NO EXCEPTIONS Pls upload PMP cert to confirm.

Required Skills:
  • Experience with Agile methodology
  • PM experience leading PeopleSoft HCM (version 9.2)
  • Experience leading PeopleSoft HCM or other ERP projects
  • Active PMP Certification
  • Prior VA state agency experience (State Cardinal system) a PLUS
