Job Requirements: Design and execute Test plans for Workday HR modules.
Responsibilities:
Manual Testing:
Design and execute detailed test plans to validate software functionality.
Identify and document software defects, providing thorough information for developers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and specifications.
workday HR modules experience along with Testing
Automated Testing:
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java/C#.
Implement test automation frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Integrate automated tests into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
Test Planning and Strategy:
Contribute to test planning, estimation, and strategy discussions.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure testability of features during the design and implementation phases.
Defect Tracking:
Track, prioritize, and manage software defects to resolution.
Work closely with developers to facilitate timely bug fixes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in manual testing and test case design.
Strong expertise in automated testing using Selenium WebDriver and Java/C#.
Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit).
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration with automated tests.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills within a cross-functional team environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in testing web applications and APIs.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with testing mobile applications.
Ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly.
Education: Bachelors Degree
