Primary Care Physician - West Portland Legacy Health is recruiting outpatient physicians for our primary care clinics on the Westside of Portland, Oregon. Providers in these clinics include physicians and advanced practitioners, all of whom have been a part of Legacy for several years. Our primary care providers are supported by designated MAs and care teams that can include panel coordinators, social workers, RN case managers, behavioral health clinicians, pharmacy techs and pharmacists. Salary $274,000 to $305,000 annually with a two?year salary guarantee (1.00 FTE). Opportunities for flexible FTE ranging from 0.601.00 FTE.
