Job Description
Summary
Responsible for monitoring the activities of all patrons and employees in the casino.
Job Duties
Operates electronic surveillance equipment. Complete department reports as required. Reports to the Surveillance Supervisor and informs management of any illegal activity. Observes patrons and employees for cheating, theft or any other illegal activity. Cooperates with other departments with regards to surveillance reports. Attendance in court is required if needed. Ensures compliance with federal and state gaming regulations. Must progress through the provided training modules related to individual Table Game type processes, policies and potential integrity compromising acts. Must be able to demonstrate proficient understanding of each module to maintain progression through to the completion of the training program.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. One year of related work experience preferred or combination of education and experience. Must qualify for and maintain licensure as required by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Must have thorough knowledge of the Responsible Gaming Program.
