You will be responsible for leading your team to ensure customer satisfaction as well as performing custodial operations. (core job responsibilities including but not limited to):Completion of cleaning duties to company and customer standardPerform quality inspections of entire building(s) to ensure standards are metOversee and progressively train and develop employeesEnsures all policies and procedures of the company are followedMonitor productivity and efficiencies of all employeesMaintain cooperative working relationships and excellent communication with all personnel and managementOther duties as assigned by leadershipRequirements:Qualified Elite Custodians candidates should have prior custodial and/or leadership experience. Candidates must be able to:Effectively communicate with people, including account personnel, supervisors and other Jack's Maintenance employeesProvide ongoing coaching and training to their team member(s)Take ownership of their assigned building(s) and employees to provide the highest quality serviceProduce valid driver's license and acceptable driving record is requiredHave flexibility with scheduling to include weekendsPosition contingent on the ability to pass an acceptable criminal background screeningAdditional Info:Jack's Maintenance Service provides a great work environment with exciting career opportunities.
