Prior experience working sheet-metal/equipment or related

Ability to read blueprints good at fractions math

Excellent communication in the English language

Experience with hand tools, drill presses, and any machine shop background is a plus

2+ years experience desired in a sheet-metal or metals-related manufacturing type company preferred

vocational or text school and machine shop or metals-related training a plus

Management qualities: ability to supervise in the future, able to get along well as a team player and leader

Training working in production department

The candidate we seek is expected to learn the business from the ground up.

During training, it can take between six months to one year. You are expected.

To work as a production worker, I must learn different training in different areas.

, and know all facets of the manufacturing process. This will entail learning how the different assembly procedures progress in different departments. You will be a hands-on production worker during this period and will be expected to learn the different processes involved in manufacturing our client's products satisfactorily. The incumbent will not take over any supervisory leadership qualities during the process.
