Instrumentation and Electrical Design InternshipJob DescriptionAs an I&E intern at Burrow Global, you will operate under detailed instructions and review, providing essential technical knowledge and performing tasks to support our services. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the development and execution of I&E designs under the guidance of experienced professionals. This internship is based in our dynamic environment, offering exposure to real-world projects and opportunities for skill development.RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES:Assist in the development of piping I&E designs for oil and gas projects.Work closely with senior I&E designers to create I&E drawings and documentation.Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure designs meet project requirements and industry standards.Utilize design software such as AutoCAD to create and modify I&E drawings.Support the preparation of project documentation, including specifications and technical reports.Adhere to project schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of design tasks.Maintain clear and effective communication with project team members and supervisors.EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:Currently pursuing a degree in a technical field from a university or technical school.We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. However, we welcome applications from U.S. Citizens, individuals with Employment Authorization Documents (EAD), and Permanent Residents.Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD is a plus.Effective communication skills with various stakeholders.Technical knowledge is necessary to complete tasks.Ability to learn and apply knowledge of relevant statutes and guidelines.Attention to detail and time-management skills.Additional Information:This internship is based in our office in Beaumont, TX or Deer Park, Texas.No relocation assistance or per diem is available for this position.This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in instrumentation and electrical engineering within a supportive environment.
