**Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer Senior Advisor** **Location:** This position will work a hybrid model (remote and in office one to two days per week). Ideal candidates will live within 50 miles of one of our Pulse Point locations in Indianapolis, IN, Mason, OH, Norfolk, VA, Richmond, VA or Atlanta, GA. The **Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer Senior Advisor** will be a key member of the Cybersecurity team and will work closely and partner with multiple groups to increase automation within the identity space. Develops, recommends, and implements enterprise information security policies, technical standards, guidelines, procedures, and other elements of an infrastructure necessary to support information security in compliance with established company policies, regulatory requirements, and generally accepted information security controls. Writes and deploys code to downstream applications such as SailPoint, provisions Infrastructure as Code for the automated Identity Management system and supports internal SLAs (Service Level Agreements) to deliver automated identity solutions to customers in an effective and efficient manner. **How you will make an impact:** + Integrates applications into SailPoint developing custom connectors, integrations, and rules to meet IAM requirements. + Designs cloud native infrastructure environments in AWS from development environments through production environments utilizing Identity and Cybersecurity best practices. + Mentors and consults with peers and customers. + Configures systems and application monitoring, defines alerts and builds appropriate dashboards. + Integrates security tools, standards, and processes into the Software Development Life Cycle across on-premises and cloud applications. + Creates new standards and best practices to increase effectiveness of provisioning and deprovisioning across a diverse environment. + Automates provisioning and integration as part of mergers and acquisitions. + Designs, develops, and documents application integration. + Leads system and network architecture support for information and network security technologies. + Leads development and execution of risk assessment methodologies to fit business, regulatory, and technical environment considerations. + Leads the development of requirements, system architecture, and software design of security products and services. + Leads the development of strategies for discovery, evaluation, and response to new networking attacks. + Develops security incident response plans and strategies. + Provides trouble resolution and serves as point of technical escalation on complex problems. + Designs and engineers comprehensive access management and network security technical solutions based on business requirements and defined technology standards. + Acts as a subject matter expert among peers, with manager and senior management. **Minimum Requirements:** + Requires BS/BA in Information Technology or related field of study and a minimum of 8 years of experience in systems administration and security aspects of information systems, access management and network security technologies, network communications, computer networking, telecommunications, systems development and management, hardware, software, data, and people; experience with multiple technical and business disciplines required; requires broad-based experience to plan and design highly complex systems; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. **Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:** + Experience with Java Frameworks and Docker/Kubernetes strongly preferred. + 5+ years working with Active Directory strongly preferred. + 3+ years developing in SailPoint strongly preferred. + Demonstrated understanding and experience with Identity and Access Management strongly preferred. + Familiarity with IT control processes around risk and compliance strongly preferred. + Familiarity with security domain concepts such as SAML, OAUTH, OIDC, LDAP, SSO, ADFS, and Federation Flow strongly preferred. + Experience with privileged access solutions preferred. + Experience managing delivery full-stack technical solutions preferred. + Exposure to agile product management including the ability to set vision, establish a roadmap, set goals, write user stories and execute preferred. + Experience leading or collaborating with cross-functional resources to manage and resolve interdependencies preferred. + Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects preferred. _If this job is assigned to any Government Business Division entity, the applicant and incumbent fall under a 'sensitive position' work designation and may be subject to additional requirements beyond those associates outside Government Business Divisions.
