*Family NP/Physician Assistant: Up to $132k pkg and BCBS PPO* * Now offering BCBS PPO health plans for all employees MD Urgent Care Group is looking for a dedicated _*Physician Assistant/Family Nurse Practitioner*_ for our Main St Urgent Care location. *( *Located at 905 N Main St, Adrian, MI 49221 _*'www.mainsturgentcare.com)*_ MD Urgent Care Group has multiple locations in MI and IN, including Chelsea, Tecumseh, Lambertville, Auburn, Battle Creek, Plainwell, and Ann Arbor.*(*_*www.mdurgentcaregroup.com)*_ For our Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant position, we are offering an exceptional pay that includes health insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans, vision, dental, and life insurance, short-term and long term disability, 401K retirement with up-to 6% match, 4 weeks of PTO, CME assistance, paid training, and a 4 day work week. We also have patient volume bonuses of up to $3 per patient. *Family Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistant will have one assigned location for all scheduled shifts.* We will require proof of Covid 19 vaccination or medical or religious exemption. *Family Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant responsibilities include but are not limited to:* * Examine patients and their medical records * Order and study diagnostic tests (blood tests, X-rays etc.) * Diagnose health conditions and illnesses * Propose treatments for chronic and infectious diseases * Prescribe medications * Maintain accurate records and schedules * Inform patients about their health conditions and prescribed medications * Educate patients and their family members on diseases, epidemics, and prevention * Oversee patients overall health * Promote good health practices * Advance professional knowledge and conduct research *Skills we look for in our Family Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistant:* * Expertise in primary care, acute care, and chronic care practices * Knowledge of health and patient care regulations * Excellent communication skills * Strong ethics * Team spirit with a positive attitude * Patience and cool headedness * Willingness to continue gaining knowledge and clinical experience *Medical specialties Family Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistant* *are familiar with:* * Emergency Medicine * Hospital Medicine * Primary Care * Urgent Care * Wound Care Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person by Jobble
