  • Track leads, forecast project pipeline, and create winning strategies and teams.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and share information for staffing and project pursuits.
  • Uphold technical excellence and resolve issues expertly.
  • Review and align the regional business plan with the national life science and Healthcare plan and other practice areas.
  • Understand and implement Design/Build proposals and contracts.
  • Distinguish the firm's market value, lead sales presentations, and promote integrated services.
  • Write industry articles, speak at events, and be an active figure in the Mission Critical project space.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or significant experience).
  • 11+ years in design, with at least 5 years in a consultancy or A/E firm.
  • 7+ years of management and business development experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, and PE registration is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, self-motivation, and multitasking skills.
