What you do:

Responsible for daily inputting and processing of bank transactions, cash forecasting, reconciliation and documentation review. Work with internal and external business partners on inquiries and requests. Individual must be organized, have strong attention to detail and be able to work structured work hours due to processing requirements. Understanding of accounting and / or insurance experience beneficial for this position. You will report to the Treasury Cash Desk Manager.

Essential job functions:

  • Perform daily processing related to cash desk transactions insuring all controls and procedures for the functions are performed
  • Perform bank administration duties including opening / closing bank accounts, signer changes and user access functions
  • Respond to inquiries and research requests from across the organization; assist with resolution of reconciling items
  • Provide analysis on various data elements
  • Maintain knowledge and adherence to CCC/MAR and operational controls
  • Special projects as needed
What you bring:
  • 2+ years' experience required
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or related, or equivalent work experience
