Bilingual Receptionist

We are seeking a full-time, Bilingual Receptionist, fluent in both Spanish and English, to join Lewisville, TX team You will be the first point of contact for our local State Farm Agency and will represent us by exhibiting excellent customer service and superior phone skills.

This is an entry level position and experience is not necessary. We will train the right person with the right attitude, skill set and ambition. There is potential to grow within the agency if desired

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• First point of professional contact via phone and face-to-face
• Excellent phone skills, including note taking and ability to maintain a professional conversation.
• Resolve client inquiries and help resolve service matters
• Expand the business through networking and marketing products
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations
• Provide excellent customer service
• Professionalism and attention to detail
