The Benefits/Perks: Salary ranges from $70k-$120k+, depending on experience Hybrid work schedule after training A full suite of benefits that includes health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid company holidays Qualifications Needed to Thrive: Active P&C license 4+ years of commercial lines account management at a retail brokerage Proficiency with AMS 360, Salesforce, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems Proven track record of maintaining a book of business within the Artisan sector - painters, roofers, electrician, janitorial, and construction accounts Proficient in commercial insurance products, including workers' compensation The Position: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, producers, and underwriters Addressing client inquiries, furnishing comprehensive coverage information, and effectively resolving matters on billing, claims, and policy specifics Adept at analyzing and resolving complex insurance-related issues Inspire and guide the assistant account managers to build a thriving, collaborative team and achieve outstanding success together Proactively identifying opportunities for new business development and cross-selling relevant insurance products to existing clients Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 Per Year
