Facilitate JAD sessions with customers

Define and document detailed business and technical requirements

Design and architect CTI based solutions to meet requirements

Lead a team of engineers in implementation activities

Expert hands-on experience with Genesys installation, configuration and development

Work closely with Project Managers to ensure on-time, quality delivery

Assist sales team with customer meetings and technical presentations

Mentor other technical team members

Requirements In addition to excellent communication and client interaction skills, you should have at least 8 years of experience with:

Genesys Reporting

Genesys Voice Portal

Genesys SIP Server

Genesys eServices
