Avera has an exciting opportunity to be a Patient Services Representative (PSR)

Position Highlights:

Job Summary

Responsible for clinic business office duties including, but not limited to: phone reception and scheduling, checking patients in, entering demographic information, collecting time of service receipts, sorting incoming mail, and other clerical duties that may be required.

The intention of this role is that the Patient Services Representative will be assigned to the clinic float department on a short-term period to allow the PSR the opportunity to be orientated to the role and work in a variety of specialty clinics. It is a requirement of this role that the Patient Services Representative will actively apply for posted Patient Services Representative openings in AMG Specialty Clinics in Sioux Falls.

Education and/or Experience
  • High school diploma or general education degree; one to three months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Work Schedule
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; 48hrs/2wks
Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
  • $17.50 - $22.00 per hour
