Insight Global is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join a neuro-development centers team in Longview, WA. This is a full-time, direct-hire position that will be 75% in-home visits in the neighboring communities and 25% in office. This client provides early intervention services to children from birth to three years of age. This team is very collaborative and very flexible with schedules.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients to identify speech and language disorders.
  • Create individualized therapy plans tailored to each patients needs.
  • Implement treatment plans to help patients improve their communication abilities.
  • Work with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Teach patients and their families about communication techniques and strategies.
  • Keep detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Conduct research and participate in continuing education to stay updated on the latest advancements in the field.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Masters or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active licensure in the state of WA to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; empathy and patience.

Compensation:

$45 to $55 per hour.
