We are seeking a talented and experienced Siebel Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. As a Siebel Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Siebel CRM applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Siebel technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Siebel CRM applications to meet business requirements.
• Customize and configure Siebel modules to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Siebel applications with other enterprise systems.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving application issues.
• Optimize Siebel CRM performance through monitoring, tuning, and implementing best practices.
• Stay current with Siebel updates and patches, applying them as needed to ensure system reliability.
• Integrate Siebel CRM with third-party applications and external systems.
• Plan and execute data migration strategies for smooth transitions and system upgrades.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for Siebel configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Provide training and support to end-users and other IT staff members on Siebel applications and best practices.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective Siebel solutions.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration between Siebel CRM and other systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Siebel Engineer or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Siebel tools and technologies, including configuration, scripting, and workflow design.
• Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices.
• Experience with Siebel version upgrades and patch installations.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Siebel CRM.
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for Siebel Open UI.
• Experience with Oracle databases.
• Knowledge of Siebel IP 2017 or later versions.
