Account Technician

assists and supports licensed staff members with the servicing, production and renewal of customer insurance accounts. In addition to providing customer support via careful, detail-oriented maintenance of accounts, additional responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: Renewing customer policy information internally Creating client mailings for insurance documents and notices Retrieving client documentation from various company websites Identifying premium increases and remarketing opportunities to reduce costs to clients Assisting Account Managers with customer requested changes and processing of endorsement documentation and billing Processing mail received for client accounts Identifying policy cancellations for Account Manager follow up General account cleanup and maintenance for client accounts Anderson Insurance Associates is an employee-owned organization with over 40 years of service to South Carolina residents.
