Also cleans public areas and corridors. This position's starting wage is $14.Essential Functions:Develops, maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of Superior internal/external guest service by all team members. Stocks maid cart with linen, terry and amenitiesRemoves trash and debris from roomsCleans tubs, toilets and floorsWipes down vanities and clean mirrorsSanitizes restrooms and sprays air freshener in bedroom areasStrips beds and removes terry and linens from roomMakes bed and straighten furnitureDusts furniture and TV'sChecks light bulbs and replaces burnt out onesPrograms clock radios and TV's when necessaryHelps in laundry and housekeeping department when necessaryVacuums carpets and hallwaysMixes cleaning chemicalPlaces valet laundry bag and dry-cleaning slips in room Turns in lost and found items to managerWrites work orders for maintenance items in need of repairEnsures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
