This is an exciting moment to play a critical role in the future of one of the internet's most trusted browsers. Were looking for a Creative Director to lead global marketing efforts for Firefox. This role calls for a balance of conceptual vision and craft excellence, guiding a small in-house team alongside a strong network of agency partners. What youll do Lead the development of campaign creative toolkits, and work with global teams to adapt and activate across markets. Collaborate with and lead agency partners to deliver bold, effective creative. Partner with in-house marketing strategists and go-to-market experts to increase creative impact in markets. Drive brand marketing campaigns that connect Firefox with audiences in key markets. Provide mentorship and management to support an ambitious internal team. Report directly to the Sr. Director of Marketing, Brand and Creative. What youll bring 10+ years experience in leading creative work, either in an agency or in-house setting Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and oversee creative development and execution Outstanding organization and project management skills Strong communication and presentation skills Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe.
