Mechatronics Engineer

U.S. Citizenship Required. Ability to qualify for a US Department of Defense security clearance required. This position is in-person. Toyon is seeking a Mechatronics Engineer to join a team that is developing advanced electro-mechanical systems involving the confluence of mechanics, electronics, sensor systems, and aerospace engineering. This position requires a strong background in mechanical design, drafting, and electro-mechanical systems. This position will be involved during the entire research and development process; from conceptualization, experimentation, validation, prototyping, detailed design, release of technical drawing packages, and through the development of manufacturing processes and specifications. The posted pay range values provide the candidate with guidance on annual base compensation for the position, at a full time level of effort, exclusive of overtime, bonus, and benefits-related compensation, over a range of qualifications that may fit hiring objectives.
