Preconstruction Director

to join our dynamic team. Role Overview:

As our Preconstruction Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the foundation of our projects. Your expertise will set the stage for seamless transitions from planning to execution. Here's what you'll be responsible for: Project Analysis: Dive deep into project requirements, including architectural plans, engineering specs, and client expectations. Collaborate with the project team to identify potential challenges, risks, and opportunities during the pre-construction phase.

Budgeting and Scheduling: Continuously monitor and update project budgets to reflect changes throughout pre-construction. Develop realistic schedules that align with project milestones.

Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment. Foster strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Risk Mitigation: Anticipate and address potential risks, proactively implementing strategies to minimize disruptions. Keep a keen eye on industry trends and best practices.
