We have a great team of employees and we want you to join us in being part of the exciting future of RetraxThe Materials Handler will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving materials to and from point of use by forklift or vehicle. Additionally, they will need to inspect product loads for accuracy, ensuring product is labeled accordingly.Position Requirements:Maintain a safe, clean work environment; address any unsafe conditions or behaviors with asupervisorOperate a forklift in accordance with the forklift operating manual and certificationOperate a company vehicle in accordance with established traffic and transportation procedures andlawsProperly load and unload trailers of materials and finished goods to meet production demandsEfficiently move materials to and from point of use; ensuring product quality is maintained andstocked accordinglyResponsible for accurate takeaway or replacement of Kanban racks and empty racksEnsure product is properly labeled with Part Number, Name, and Quantity; rotate stock as neededCommunicate effectively with all departments and Supervisors/LeadsReceive material deliveries, verify items and quantities to PO, acquire proper paperworkInspect and maintain company vehicle supplies and equipment; Maintain Maintenance Log and reportany concernsEducation and Experience:High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)Minimum of one year of forklift operator experienceOne or more years of warehouse experience preferredPay and Benefits:Retraxoffers competitive pay, with a wage progression as the job is learned, and the opportunity for increases.You're also paid every weekA matched 401k savings program to plan and save for your retirementComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family within 30 days of your date of hire for permanent employeesPaid vacation and time off to ensure time with your family and a work/life balance for permanent employeesEducational assistance to continue in college or pursue other skills and further your career for permanent employeesBig discounts on great RealTruck products for you, your family, and friends for permanent employeesWhat's next?Please take a moment to provide us your resume and/or complete our online application.
